Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative partnership built on trust, honesty, objectivity and a deep commitment to client transformation. Through coaching, clients combine insight with action to create new possibilities and tap into their innate resourcefulness.

As your coach I will share objective reflections and ask powerful questions to support you in discovering new patterns of thinking and authentic ways of being which allow you to take responsibility for the way you receive, speak, and act.  This provides access to lasting transformation in all aspects of your life.

Together we will evaluate the way you view your circumstances and how you choose to own your responsibilities to your work and to yourself.  We will discover and declare what you are deeply committed to and how you can live in accordance with those commitments. In our sessions we will utilize intentional tools and generate personalized practices to empower you in your leadership, creativity, and well-being.

Some of the coaching tools that I utilize include:

  • Initial Assessment: We’ll start with questionnaire to get clear on on the current landscape (challenges, what’s working/what’s not)

  • Goal Setting: Setting SMART goals for the coaching agreement -objectives, measures, and outcomes

  • One-on-One Sessions: One hour a week, based on the client’s coaching requests and elevated to leadership, communication, well-being, and other high-level topics

  • Practices: Co-created practices that turn insights from the coaching sessions into declared actions which will create and embody intended results

  • Results Review:  Check-in sheets to track goals, practices, and progress throughout the coaching engagement

  • Integrity Exercises: Align intentions, actions, and words, to create clarity and reduce miscommunication and frustration

  • Communication Styles: Identifying and defining different communication styles so we can intentionally and effectively engage. Considering how many people we all communicate with, it’s important to be aware and deliberate with the way we receive and express.
